WeStar Interview

In this interview, Marilyn explores where it all began: Asbury Park.

She touches on the programs that are the cornerstone of her work and Food For Thought By The Sea’s mission (including holiday dinners and youth programs).

Marilyn explains the “culinary connection” and how food bridges the generational gap among others.

She clarifies the mission of the non-profit: “Food For Thought doesn’t simply do one thing: We connect and collaborate to raise money and awareness in our community. From meals to Boys and Girls Club and Lakehouse Music efforts to summer surfing the organization is involved in programs that make a difference and helps those programs access the support and resources they need to do their amazing work in Asbury Park, Monmouth County, and New Jersey overall.”
